What brought you to making supplements in the first place?
What’s interesting is, because I was teaching them the concept of Liquids ‘til Lunch, which is part of how to eat within a 24 hour period and has three anchor times of eating — typically 12pm, 3pm and 7pm, or 1pm, 4pm and 8pm — people always said, ‘Hey, I love this liquids ‘til lunch, but I do not like taking my capsule vitamins because they make me really nauseous.’
So, what’s beautiful is that is where I got the idea, from teaching people to eat within a 24 hour period, for the first products I ever made — the custom blend raspberry flavored Liquid Morning Multivitamin and the coconut flavored Liquid Nighttime Multimineral.

Turn an everyday shower into a little end-of-day reset when you have time. Wash your hair, exfoliate, moisturize, pull out your favorite body care, and put on your comfiest pajamas. On busier nights, a quick shower absolutely counts, too.
Wash off the day and give your skin a little attention before bed. Your routine may be as simple as cleansing and moisturizing or include the serums and treatments you love.

Though we believe in a diet-first approach to health, not everyone gets the essential vitamins and nutrients that they need from diet alone. Our liquid multivitamin is in an easy-to-take formula.
We suggest that everyone start with ½, or even ¼, the recommended dose to see how their body responds. You may see that you do better with a smaller dosage because our formula is potent! It can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, or mixed into your favorite cold beverage.
Some customers have forgotten to refrigerate their Multis after opening. We have done testing on the multivitamins and multiminerals: results suggest they are good for 7 days out of the refrigerator. We like to err on the side of safety and say 5 days.

When formulating our liquid multivitamins, we wanted to make a multivitamin that had the best possible combination of micronutrients for optimal absorption. Since micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating the best liquid multivitamin, and iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals, we decided to not include iron in our liquid multivitamins. For those who would like to supplement with iron, we have a stand-alone Liquid Iron supplement in a delicious berry flavor!
